Art of Chi (Method Stevanovitch)

The International Inner Way School is based in France and was founded in 1988 by Vlady Stévanovitch, a Master of Chi. This method is rooted in the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong (Chinese health exercises).  Through the practice of gentle and precise movements, we work on the suppleness of the joints and aim to reach a state of muscular and nervous relaxation. Our posture, stability and mobility are improved while our vital functions are stimulated. We learn breathing techniques along with our precise but relaxed movements allowing us to develop focus and inner calm. The Inner Way School demystifies the techniques of mobilising our inner strength and utilising our vital energy (Chi).  The relaxed atmosphere is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

The school has many representatives all over the world.
The main centre is in the south of France, but there are a lot of branches in France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, and going as far as Quebec and India.

In the UK, our tai chi method is taught mainly in Edinburgh, Cambridge, London.
