Anne-Claire has practised Tai Chi following the Art of Chi
School (L’Art du Chi – Vlady Stevanovitch method) for many years with Laurent Haquin in Edinburgh and
various teachers from the school in France.
This method is rooted in the ancient Chinese arts of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi
Gong. Through gentle exercises, it improves our posture, stability and mobility. The slow pace, gentle breathing techniques
and sustained attention we give to our movements helps us experience and develop an inner sense of calm, balance and focus,
which are of so much help in our daily life.
